Welcome back to my page and again Happy New Year!  The first month of the year is quickly coming to a close, some celebrated Martin Luther King Jr. Day, some the Inauguration of President Obama, and some continued to, "Keep it Moving" by conducting business as usual.

4. Pay attention to the requirements on the job description and make sure you have shown evidence of this information in your resume.
5. Already have your references prepared should interviews happen quickly
6. It is safe to say, that you can assume with every opening there are approx. 50-100 applicants that have applied; include in your resume experience what displays your experience, success and unique qualities that are relevant to the job opening.
