Well lot's of people have been wondering what i've been up to. So I decided what better place to note that then here. Since the ending of my contract at Cisco Systems - RTP, NC, I have had lots of time on my hands. I have discovered that not only do I have lot's of interest, my network is ever growing, and this is the perfect time for personal development.
As some of you know, I now run an independent consulting business called Engage Strategic Recruiters. This has many different facets, here are just a few I'll mention:
1. Training and SOP documentation on best practices internal HR
2. Informational Presentations to High School, Trade Schools,on Technology, Web 2.0
3. Outsourcing on and offsite Recruiting and Sourcing
4. Strategic Sourcing, posting
